Elite Technical is seeking a Member Services Sales Representative to support our customer throughout the Baltimore and State of Maryland area! The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, for our Healthcare Insurance customer, within federal agencies and military installations throughout the state of Maryland. This position represents the organization in acquisition strategy development, prospecting, and using consultative selling skills to grow and retain/educate new members of their service offerings. Responsibilities include:

-Travel to Federal locations throughout Maryland (mostly Baltimore County) to educate/obtain potential members of our client-s Healthcare Service offerings.
-Under general guidance, engages with key contacts at assigned military bases and federal agencies to establish and maintain positive relations and access to Uniformed Service member to positively impact enrollment penetration of FEDVIP products.
-Develop strong relationships utilizing strategic and consultative selling skills both in person and through virtual channels.
-Presents, promotes and communicates Open Season information regarding benefits and rates through various Open Season activities scheduled at federal agencies and military installations. Must maintain a high level of proficiency on benefit/policy changes for all products offered in the FEP & FEDVIP.
-Develops and executes Open Season activities, including in-house educational sessions to communicate marketing strategies and goals.

This position will require traveling to different Baltimore County locations (sometimes outside of Baltimore County) so a reliable vehicle is required (expenses will be paid for per GSA reimbursement standards). Please contact Elite Technical for additional information!

Required Skills

- 2+ years experience in customer service or Sales related field. Basic knowledge of the Sales Department/Account installation functions.
-Must have prior experience within a Healthcare Insurance organization (Federal Healthcare exp considered a BIG PLUS)
-Must display excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with word processing software packages is required.
-Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, i.e. accurate tracking and processing of renewals, and maintaining department files and systems.
-The individual selected will be team oriented and may be required to work overtime/weekends as needed.
- Must be customer and team focused and meet the needs of the account consultants and field service personnel.
